Refund Policy

General rule
WHALESASIAN sells access to a digital subscription service delivered through Telegram. Once access has been delivered to your account, the subscription is generally non-refundable.
Lifetime access (VIP Lifetime) is non-refundable.
Exceptions
We will issue a refund (or equivalent credit) in the following cases:
- Duplicate payment. You paid twice for the same plan due to a checkout or network error.
- Confirmed payment but access not delivered. Your payment cleared but the bot failed to deliver the invite link due to a technical issue on our side, and the issue cannot be resolved by re-delivering access.
- Wrong amount sent. You sent the wrong amount (typically a crypto transfer) and after admin review we agree to correct it via partial refund or credit instead of access.
Monthly subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions (VIP Monthly, Autotrade Cornix) can be cancelled at any time. After cancellation, access remains active until the end of the billing period that has already been paid for. We do not pro-rate refunds for the unused portion of a paid billing period.
How to request a refund
Contact us through the Telegram bot @whalevip_bot. Include the payment date, amount, and (for Stripe) the order/receipt ID, or (for crypto) the transaction hash.
Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback before contacting support results in immediate removal of access. Please reach out via the bot first — most issues are resolved within 24 hours.
